SOUFFLE

Collective Creation & Curatorial Platform

about

Founded in 2017, SOUFFLE Collectif is an independent cultural association and curatorial arts platform rooted in music, creating spaces for artistic exchange, collective experimentation and new forms of collaboration through concerts, residencies, workshops and multidisciplinary projects.

Guided by independence, solidarity and a spirit of openness, the collective supports emerging and underrepresented musicians and artists, encourages encounters across cultures, practices and generations, and explores alternative ways of creating and sharing art.

Since 2020, SOUFFLE has been based at Le Consulat Voltaire, an alternative arts and cultural venue in Paris.

SOUFFLE has worked with more than 250 artists and organised over a hundred events without dedicated public or private funding, developing a programme that gives artists a space to experiment and build new connections outside established cultural circuits.

SOUFFLE also extends through exchanges with other collectives and artistic communities, enabling projects to circulate across different territories and be presented in festivals and cultural institutions in France and internationally.
